Living Prairie Museum – Native Prairie Management Workshops

This workshop is recommended for students that have taken a Prairie Planting Workshop, have experience with a native planting, and have a keen interest in prairie ecology. Instructor John Morgan will teach participants how to maintain biodiversity and reduce invasive weeds.

– Saturday, March 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
– Sunday, April 5 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Following the classroom component, a field class will allow students to see a managed burn. The date of the field class will be provided by the instructor.

The workshops are $35 plus GST each, or $25 each for Friends of the Living Prairie Museum members.
