All current members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting on Monday, June 2, 2025. We are counting on your support!

We’ll also be drawing for the 2 membership drive prize baskets at the AGM as well as door prizes.

Please feel free to bring dainties to share. We encourage you to bring a mug.

Vote in advance – for members unable to attend, we will send an email with all motions to be voted on before the meeting so you can respond before the vote.

Date: Monday, June 2, 2025

Location: We are in the Conference Room (#17 on the map) located at 600 Shaftesbury. The parking lot (Lot N) is available for us. Please use the main doors on South (between #20 & 21).

7:30 p.m.: Greenhouse Discussion and Gardening Q&A with the Board of Directors
