February 3 Gardens Manitoba Program Evening: “How to Year-Round Garden in Manitoba” with Trina Semenchuk, Biosystems EIT

Itching to get in the garden? Join us as we navigate feasible year-round gardening and vertical farming techniques.

Trina Semenchuk is a Biosystems Engineer in training with a bold vision: to transform Winnipeg, and all of Manitoba, into the world’s hub for vertical farming. While working full-time as a Mechanical Design Engineer in training and pursuing her master’s degree in Biosystems Engineering, she has developed a diverse and unique skill set that enables her to bring vertical farming concepts to life. Trina’s passion for Winnipeg is matched only by her dedication to bring the benefits that year-round local food production has to communities.
