Annual General Meeting Registration Form

All current members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024. We are counting on your support!

Door prizes and free plants to everyone in attendance.

Members can sign up in person at the event.

Vote in advance – for members unable to attend, we will send an email with all motions to be voted on before the meeting so you can respond before the vote.

Event Information

Date: Monday, June 3, 2024

Location: We are in the Conference Room (#17 on the map) located at 600 Shaftesbury. The parking lot (Lot N) is available for us. Please use the main doors on South (between #20 & 21).

6:00 p.m.: Potluck
Potluck- Last name A to L bring sweet, M to Z bring savory. Please bring your own plates, cutlery, mug if possible.

7:00 – 7:30 p.m.: AGM

7:30 p.m.: Presentation
Square Foot Gardening with former Gardens Manitoba President Mick Manfield.

If folks can’t make it for 6, please join us for snacking and the regular evening events.
